Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP System Analyst to lead our development team and drive the success of our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and managing digital solutions using PHP, Node.JS, AWS.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify application issues to guarantee system performance and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to analyze technical requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, including e-commerce platforms, Document Management Systems (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMS), and others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in web application development, covering both front and back end.
  • Proven leadership in managing medium-sized development teams.
  • Expertise in PHP and Laravel Web Application Development.
  • Skill in Frontend Development using Vue.Js or React.Js.
  • Proficient in Node.Js for Web Development.
  • Capable of System Design with AWS cloud integration.
  • Experienced in performance optimization, auto-scaling, and CQRS techniques.
  • Strong command of Git, including code review and merge processes.
  • Addition knowledge of SEO, Vue.Js, Codeigniter, Redis, Queue Systems is beneficial.
  • Self-starter, diligent, able to work autonomously, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for analysis and problem-solving.
