- Negotiate with global and local carriers to secure off-net resources at competitive prices, with favorable contract terms and service level agreements.
- Prepare comprehensive margin analysis and documentation for reporting purposes, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or economics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in global telecom markets.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese Word Processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Manager.
