Job Description

As a Procurement Analyst/Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the company's procurement strategy forward.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed spend analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Compiling spend dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Managing purchase requisitions from business and advising on sourcing channels.
  • Executing tactical sourcing projects, including new sourcing requests and contract renewals.
  • Reviewing PO status and following up with suppliers as needed.

You will be responsible for maintaining the contract repository and ensuring contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, with a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
