We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Our luxury hotel group operates five properties in Hong Kong, offering guests a range of options to suit every need. We pride ourselves on industry-leading levels of colleague engagement, investing heavily in learning and development to help our employees grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year's relevant experience in hotels, clubs, or premium bars. Formal training in hospitality management is advantageous, as is a working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.

We are looking for someone who can maintain high standards of hygiene and quality, while providing excellent customer service and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
