The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify areas for improvement;
- Designing and implementing robust security controls to protect our critical infrastructure and public-facing IT systems;
- Liaising with government agencies and other bodies to facilitate collaboration and incident reporting;
- Developing and maintaining an incident response plan to effectively manage and mitigate cybersecurity incidents;
- Providing regular updates to IT management regarding the organization's risk posture and cybersecurity incidents;
- Building relationships with stakeholders to manage their expectations and provide effective communication;
- Ensuring that third-party vendors and service providers meet our cybersecurity standards;
We seek an individual with a strong background in IT security, a minimum of 10 years of experience, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
