About the Role
The successful candidate will report directly to our Sales Director and be responsible for managing key customer relationships and projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, proposals, and solutions.
- Coordinate with agents and distributors to achieve business objectives.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers to drive business growth.
- Support the company in meeting its business strategy for Hong Kong and Macau.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical or building service products.
- Knowledge of pump and valve business is highly preferred.
- Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly desired.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese languages.
