**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a SALES ENGINEER in Hong Kong. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships and project management.
Our company, JPC Corporation, is a leading European multinational with over 100 years of history. We are the brand owner, manufacturer, and marketer of pumps and valves, serving the building services market. Our key customers include government departments, public utilities, airports, and more.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and will focus on:
- Coordinating with technical support engineers and factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers, particularly defined key customers and key projects.
- Visiting customers regularly to understand their requirements and needs.
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers.
- Supporting the company to meet its HK & Macau business strategy.
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions (customer satisfaction).
- Coordinating with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related subject, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent.
You should also possess knowledge in pump or valve business, or water building service equipment, and have proficiency in English and Cantonese.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including 13 months' salary + performance bonus, medical insurance, and work-life balance.
