Job Summary:

The Senior Structurer will play a key role in developing innovative financial products for investors, with a focus on pricing, risk management, and client relationships. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in financial structuring and risk management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial product strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and price financial products, ensuring alignment with risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial product options and risk management strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and trading teams to originate and structure financial products that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, and adapt financial product strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial structuring and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a financial institution, with a focus on financial structuring and risk management.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements, with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
