Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Investor Services team. As a key member of the RTA team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent client service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our TA platforms;
  • Preparing and distributing various communications to investors, including capital call notifications, investor statements, and distributions;
  • Gathering and reviewing investor trade documentation and supporting documents;
  • Updating and maintaining MaplesFS databases for new funds and changes in information for existing funds;
  • Providing administrative support to team members and liaising with other departments as required;
  • Tracking and monitoring Investor related queries and requests on behalf of our clients;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their Investor Service needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with 1-3 years' experience in Financial services or a similar field;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • A strong team player who can also work independently;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change;
  • A positive attitude and energy;
  • Strong technical skills.
