About Us

HUTCHMED is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative cancer therapies. We are seeking a skilled Scientist in Cell Culture and Assay Development to join our research team.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for daily laboratory operations, including instrument maintenance, inventory management, and cell bank maintenance tasks.
  • You will assist in biology experiments, applying techniques such as cell culture, viability assays, kinase assays, and other related methods.
  • A comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and procedures is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication with the team are required to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field, preferably with industrial experience.
  • Technical proficiency in areas such as cell culture, cell viability assays, kinase assays, etc.
  • Data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve experiment-related issues.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a desirable asset but not required.
