Skills:

We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our research team. The main responsibilities include conducting biochemical assays, molecular cloning experiments, maintaining cell and bacterial cultures and cooperating with electronic engineers to develop laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Biochemical Assays : Conduct literature reviews on the latest developments in bacterial and cell culture technologies. Develop and perform various biochemical assays to support research projects.
  • Molecular Cloning : Conduct molecular cloning experiments and research, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and plasmid construction.
  • Cell Culture : Maintain and manage mammalian cell cultures, ensuring optimal growth conditions and contamination prevention.
  • Bacterial Culture : Handle bacterial cultures for experimental purposes, including growth, maintenance, and storage.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing detailed reports and presentations to the research team.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research and development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in biochemical assays, molecular cloning, and cell/bacterial culture techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with advanced molecular biology techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in biomedical research.
