Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment, including receipt, put away, pick/pack, and delivery with high accuracy and productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a smooth logistics operation.
  • Provide operational support to the warehousing team and management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Prepare invoices and packing lists.
  • Enter data and prepare reports.
  • Assist management in collecting data for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Working experience in a warehouse or logistics function is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is required.
  • Strong service mindset and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on holidays when required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese.
