The role of the Digital Relationship Manager is crucial in this context. This strategic professional must stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adapt them to drive growth within their job function and the broader business. Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiating with internal stakeholders, often at senior levels, as well as guiding, influencing, and convincing others – including colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
This position involves significant responsibility for direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. The Digital Relationship Manager must handle staff management issues, including resource allocation and work distribution within the team/project. They must also be able to prioritize effectively and clearly communicate priorities to others.
