The Job
  • Reporting: Report to the Senior Finance Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within an accounting team of four members.
  • Full Set of Accounts: Independently prepare a full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, inter-company balances, and month-end closing.
  • Cash Flow Reports: Regularly prepare cash flow reports.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Communication: Maintain close communication with affiliated companies overseas.
  • Inventory Coordination: Coordinate periodic and year-end stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Audit Preparation: Communicate with auditors and prepare audit materials.
  • Ad-Hoc Reports: Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Supervision: Supervise the work of one accounting subordinate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent is required. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or auditing is also necessary. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel formulations, is essential. Experience in SAP accounting system is an advantage. Additionally, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua being a must, is required.
