Operations Finance Manager Job Description

The Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational Efficiency Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Provide accurate and timely financial data for internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in year-end audit processes.
  • Brand Operation Control
    • Maintain and monitor Macau TP.
    • Purchasing monitoring, including reviewing, approving, and monitoring purchasing activities via PO.
    • Discount monitoring, including retail and wholesale discounts.
    • Wholesales customer monitoring, including customer master review and target bonus accrual and actual payout.
    • Balance sheet control, including fixed assets.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting/auditing/analysis.
  • Industry experience gained from sizable MNC is preferred but not a must.
  • Good experience or knowledge of SAP and technical accounting.
