**Role Summary:**
This role is responsible for managing and developing funds and alternative investment products in Private Banking.
**Responsibilities:**
Product Development:
Participate in the development of funds and alternative investment products, and conduct thorough product due diligence to ensure they meet our high standards.
Business Partnership:
Identify and introduce high-quality business partners to Private Banking, and coordinate with them to evaluate fund houses, negotiate distribution agreements, and monitor operational flows.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Regularly review current products to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and update the latest information on onboarded funds, including risk ratings, high yields, tenors, derivative use, and complex products.
Product Review and Evaluation:
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing fund houses and their products, update our systems accordingly, and announce any necessary adjustments to frontline staff.
Policy and Procedure Review:
Periodically review and evaluate internal policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
System Maintenance and Enhancement:
Participate in system maintenance and enhancement to ensure our technology infrastructure supports our business needs.
**Requirements:**
Education and Qualifications:
Holder of a degree or above in business, finance, or a related discipline, with professional qualifications in finance (e.g. CFA, FRM) or investment discipline being a plus.
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of solid working experience in banking or financial industry, particularly in business/product and sales management of private banking/asset management, with experience in mid/back offices such as fund houses also being considered.
Skills and Knowledge:
Possesses solid knowledge in fund management and various alternative investment products, familiar with regulatory requirements, and has strong communications, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Computer Skills:
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with prior experience in system enhancement projects being a plus.
Language Proficiency:
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
