We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Enhancement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business managers in conducting supervision activities, developing and implementing internal systems to enhance operational efficiency, and guiding departments to improve revenue capabilities and implement cost-saving measures.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in finance or revenue management, as well as strong data analysis and reporting skills. They must also possess a good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken English and Cantonese, and proficiency in Putonghua.

As a Senior Manager, Revenue Enhancement, you will:

  • Lead business managers in conducting supervision activities.
  • Develop and implement internal systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guide departments to improve revenue capabilities and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Enhance collaborative efficiency based on identified issues.
  • Provide regular reports on business development and supervisory effectiveness to the Management Committee.

Bachelor's degree or above required. Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
