Strategic Infrastructure Project Manager for Large-Scale Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Services Manager to lead our large-scale infrastructure project team. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing complex projects and overseeing external units, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Manage the construction work and related administration tasks of the infrastructure project, ensuring timely completion within established processes and requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise engineering consultants and vendors, monitoring time management, cost management, and quality of project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal requirements with external units, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Educational Background: Degree holder in engineering or related disciplines (architecture, structural or electrical/mechanical engineering preferred), with a business management background advantageous.
- Work Experience: Over 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects; prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.
- Professional Qualifications: Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant computer software and techniques.
- Skill Sets: Strong organizational, planning, execution, and coordination abilities, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Mandarin required.
- Industry Knowledge: Professional knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and electromechanical systems.
