Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage audio visual project schedules, evaluating the performance of subcontractors and ensuring timely completion.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality audio visual solutions that meet client expectations.
  3. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to clients during the implementation of audio visual equipment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  4. Supervise all systems installations, ensuring that services align with established standards and requirements.
  5. On-site work is necessary to effectively manage and execute projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Degree holders in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in A/V system solution projects, with a background from Audio Visual Vendors or System Integrators being highly advantageous.
  3. Proven project management experience, including setting project scope, budget, and timeline, managing project stakeholders, and coordinating meetings.
  4. Technical knowledge of audio visual systems and infrastructure is essential, including Cisco Conference, Crestron, and NOS Setup.
  5. Experience in conference room/office relocation/renovation projects is preferred.
  6. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing is required.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective communication and documentation.
