We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Investment Banking team as an Executive Assistant.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the investment banking team
  • Preparing presentation materials, schedules and reports
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting with internal and external calls and video conferences
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, screening phone calls and emails, responding or delegating to ensure timely responses
  • Handling ad-hoc projects and providing general administration support to the team

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of administrative/sales support experience in banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Proficient in MS Office skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
