  • Develop and deliver credit solutions for Asia clients, focusing on structured credit and political risk.
  • Broker transactions, including insurer placement, account management, claims management, client service, strategy, and engagement.
  • Pursue new leads and opportunities from clients and future clients in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Support Aon United's growth across solution lines.
  • Meet objectives set by Manager, aligned with Aon United Blueprint, Client Promise, and Aon Impact Model.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory body processes and standards, including Monetary Authority of Singapore guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Background in insurance industry and clients in credit insurance and/or surety.
  • Proficiency in insurance policy drafting, interpretation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural fit – ability to build strong relationships with country and specialty colleagues, clients, and insurers.
  • Awareness of cultural differences and adaptability.
  • Some business travel required.
