Job Summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly motivated Network Defender to join our team. In this role, you will perform daily log analysis of the Serviced Security Devices and detect anomalous traffic that indicates network troubles or intrusion targeting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct threat hunting activities to identify potential security threats.
  2. Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure effective response to security incidents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure the effectiveness of our security infrastructure.
  5. Communicate security-related information to management and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Information Technology/Computer Science or related Information Security topics.
  • 1 year experience in information security is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking, TCP, UDP, IP, Routing, and Network topologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of security products: Firewalls, IDS, IPS, WAF, and Vulnerability scanners.
  • Professional qualification, like CISSP, would be an advantage.
  • Analytical, good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
  • Shift duty is required.
