Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementing procurement jobs (e.g., sourcing, issuing orders) according to procurement requisition, and following up the delivery.
  • Issue orders as per signed contract or signed framework agreements, and following up on delivery.
  • Closing the orders that have been delivered.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to deliver all payment documents (e.g., invoices, receipts) to budget center for payment application, and following up on overdue payments.
  • Archiving all sorts of procurement documents according to the work manual requested.
  • Assisting the assistant manager in collecting data for weekly reports, and monthly reports & procurement cases report.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial procurement.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to argue with suppliers on purchasing issues.
