We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team at Benoy. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify design opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive design outcomes.
  • Produce high-quality design concepts and presentations using a range of digital and traditional media.
  • Assist in the development of design packages, including furniture and finishes schedules, and ensure that materials and products meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support the design team in recording meeting minutes, notes, and other project-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design projects, with a focus on concept, schematic, and detailed stages.
  • Strong understanding of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Keen interest in design and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
