Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design concepts that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's vision.
- Collaborate with architects, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Produce high-quality design work, including sketches, digital models, and presentations.
- Assist in assembling presentations and drawing packages for clients.
- Source reference materials and conduct research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
- Build knowledge of markets, clients, and competitors to inform design decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project success.
- Provide support to junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working on concept, schematic, and detailed stages in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Autocad.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
- Keen interest in design and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
