We are looking for a talented Backend Operations Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include technical development and testing, customer support and problem resolution, system reliability and maintenance, and collaboration with the SRE team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, as well as experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
