About the Role

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging, developing, and maintaining relationships with all Clubhouse visitors.
  • Provide seamless service across all areas of the Clubhouse, ensuring consistent world-class service.
  • Drive sales by effectively understanding customer needs and presenting relevant product solutions.
  • Offer expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the full café offering and suggest menu items to customers.
  • Create a welcoming environment that fosters a passion for cycling and its culture.
  • Represent the Rapha brand positively at all times, embodying its core values: Passion, Determination, Creativity, and Communication.
  • Maintain the highest standards of Visual Merchandising and Housekeeping.
  • Assist in planning and delivering Clubhouse Rides and Events.
  • Support the chef in preparing café offerings as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to create an inspiring and positive working environment.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • The successful Clubhouse Ambassador will possess the following skills and qualities:
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative.
  • Familiarity with the Rapha brand.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A genuine interest in cycling or active sports is desirable.
  • Knowledge of coffee and barista training would be an asset.
