Rapha Clubhouse Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our Rapha Clubhouse team in Hong Kong as a Clubhouse Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.

• Engage and develop relationships with Clubhouse visitors to deliver the legendary Rapha experience
• Seamlessly move between all areas of the Clubhouse to provide consistent world-class service
• Drive sales by effectively uncovering customer needs and presenting appropriate range solutions
• Provide expert Rapha product knowledge and recommend menu items to customers
• Create a friendly and welcoming environment that fosters the sport and culture of cycling
• Communicate positively about the brand at all times and embody Rapha's core values – Passion, Determination, Creativity & Communication
• Maintain the highest standards of Visual Merchandising and House-keeping
• Assist in the planning and delivery of Clubhouse Rides and Events
• Support the team in creating an inspiring and positive working environment

• Experience in a luxury retail environment
• Passionate about delivering legendary customer experiences
• A proven track record of delivering results and the drive to exceed expectations
• Personable and friendly, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate initiative
• Knowledge of the Rapha brand and its values
• Ability to work a mixture of morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Interest in cycling or active sports is desirable
• An interest in coffee/barista training would be an advantage
