The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance, engineering, and operations to ensure effective cloud cost management and governance. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the cloud AOP budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. * Analyze cloud usage and spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. * Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast cloud usage and demand accurately. * Create and present regular financial reports on cloud spending, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders. * Establish and enforce cloud financial governance policies and procedures. * Work closely with finance, IT application and infrastructure teams to implement best practices for cloud financial management. * Evaluate and implement FinOps tools and solutions to enhance visibility and control over cloud expenses. * Provide training and resources to teams on cloud cost management best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. * 8+ year of relevant experience with 3+ years of experience in cloud financial management, IT finance, or related roles. * Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and pricing models (e.g. AWS, Azure or Private Cloud). * Experience with FinOps practices and Cloud cost management tools. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
