Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the revision and preparation of gap-analysis reports on recent regulatory developments, including new guidelines on outsourcing, advertisement, and insurance intermediary law.
- Review, record, and forward backlogged correspondence with regulatory bodies, including the Macau Courts.
- Support the launch of new products and filings with regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail, proactiveness, and meticulousness.
- Strong proficiency in English is required, with Chinese (Cantonese) and Portuguese proficiency also favored.
