Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all leasing matters and associated administration works for a diverse investment property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the team in preparing budget plans, reports, and handling relevant legal documents.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to drive business growth.
  3. Handle all leasing-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date property files.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  1. Tertiary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields.
  2. EAA License is preferred, with Probationer of HKIS/RICS being an added advantage.
  3. Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing properties in Hong Kong.
  4. Excellent command of English language.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  7. Good connections and network among property agents, major landlords, and developers are highly valued.
