About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our Commercial Department in Hong Kong. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and services to our customers in the region.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical assistance, either on-site or via remote support, to end users and channel partners on our digital pathology products and advanced staining products. You will also be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of systems with a full technical understanding of the system, proper tool usage, and standard process adherence.

This role is part of our Service Team and reports to the Service Manager, SEA/HKTW. The Service Manager is responsible for achieving annual service strategies and goals through management of FSEs and Channel Partner Associates in indirect markets, developing commercial programs, and area service plans in close conjunction with the Service Excellence manager APAC/GM SEA/HKTW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support and services to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide timely and effective support to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Bio-medical engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer engineering, or other related specialties, with experience in Clinical diagnostic product support.

You should possess a good command of written and spoken English, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a team player attitude.
