Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client institutions, including asset managers, hedge funds, brokerages, and investment banks.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Wind's suite of services and solutions, highlighting their value and relevance to clients' needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, guidance, and support to help them optimize their use of Wind products and achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, legal, and compliance, data, and support, to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage and engagement metrics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent Wind and enhance brand visibility within the financial space.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree or above (Major in Finance/Economic/Accounting/Information Technology are highly preferred).
  • Experience in Finance, Sales, and account management, or Capital Market is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, good teamwork ethic, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Constantly grow yourself as we prepare the next generation of leaders for our company.
