Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to expand our brand presence in Hong Kong and China.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing strategic insights to top management.
  • Brand Development: Develop and execute branding strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, including department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food chains, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and airlines.
  • Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of managerial level experience in sales/marketing/branding of food or FMCG preferably for both Hong Kong and China markets.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and leading a sales and marketing team.
