Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices to airline customers in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with customers and the sales manager to negotiate and arrange special billing arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Perform daily accounting operations, including the preparation of sales and receipt vouchers in SUNsystem (accounting software), and accounts reconciliation.
  • Assist in month-end closing and other accounting tasks as required, such as monthly sales forecasting and analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of billing and accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SUNsystem is preferred.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
