Job Title: DevOps Engineer

At IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of our applications.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers: Work closely with software engineers to ensure optimal deployment and performance of our applications.
  • Maintain and Optimize Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Automate Operational Processes: Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar to automate operational processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Develop and implement security best practices across our infrastructure to protect against threats.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to system architecture and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Containerization Technologies: Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting Languages: Experience with scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
  • Monitoring and Logging Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation: Base salary + discretionary bonus.
