Job Summary
The Chief Concierge is a key member of the Front Office team, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the Concierge team to deliver seamless and efficient services to guests.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in the lobby and public areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Hyatt brand values and exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a large-scale hospitality establishment.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
