Job Description:

  • Project Management: As a primary point of contact for Client Services team for project stakeholders, you will provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. You will facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • UAT Testing Expertise: You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria. You will develop UAT test plans, including test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure UAT aligns with business needs and expectations. You will provide training and support to teammates during UAT to ensure effective testing.
  • Quality Assurance: You will ensure that UAT results meet quality standards and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • You must have a university degree or higher in finance, computer science, statistics, or a similar subject.
  • You must have 5 years or more of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to derivatives operations.
  • You must have knowledge in Hong Kong derivatives market, with exposure on market making is an advantage.
  • You must be self-motivated with attention to details; a team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • You must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • You must have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • You must have general Excel and VBA programming skills, proficiency in programming and/or Power BI is a plus.
