The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing tax compliance and reporting assignments, including preparing tax advice and reports for clients.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to approach client needs, using research to initiate new service offerings.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technical developments and confidently marketing these applications to clients and Partners.
  • Leading a group of people and managing risks within the business by understanding the firm's risk management policies and ensuring compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline and ideally a professional qualification (accounting or legal).
  • At least 6 years' experience in a professional firm.
  • Ability to make clear recommendations based on sound assessments of advice and information gathered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and VBA.
  • Logical, self-starter, team player, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Experiences in managing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written English and fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin (an advantage).
