">The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting the Deputy Principals (Student Support and Student Life) with the University Counselling, Learning Enhancement, and Social Emotional Counselling Teams. This includes coordinating and assisting in running school activities and annual events, such as university visits and fairs, developing and maintaining a contact database of university and industry connections, facilitating interviews, assessments, and testing for students, managing reference requests for external school applications, taking part in careers events, parent, and student events within school, and publicizing and promoting resources, advice, and guidance available to students and parents.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A Bachelor's degree is required.">
- An interest in working in a busy school environment and regularly engaging with secondary students is essential.">
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is necessary.">
- Strong communication and personal skills, high-level personal organisation, and interpersonal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly to new programmes and graphic design skills.">
- Knowledge and experience with the IB Diploma Programme is highly valued.">
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience is required, with previous experience working in schools being considered an advantage.">
