Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager, APAC Logistics

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a leading global consumer goods company seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our APAC Logistics team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive total value, including innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
  • Negotiate strategic supplier contracts and manage key supplier relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and assess category risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement supplier engagement models, drive innovation, and enhance supplier relationships.
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics and procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings, improving efficiency, and enhancing supplier relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
