Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of total solutions by our clients and maintaining overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain close relationships with customers and suppliers through all phases of needs assessment and solution implementation.
  2. Participate in technical solutions for customers during the pre-sales stage.
  3. Work with project teams to support resource planning, test planning, testing execution, problem management, and operation processes transformation.
  4. Provide IT pre-sales activities, including proof-of-value, product presentation, product evaluation, and proposal formulation.
  5. Develop new IT solution technologies.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team and product team to enhance product development.
  7. Work with vendors and partners to generate business opportunities.
  8. Implement infrastructure integration solutions and support for internal and external systems, including existing and new rollouts.
  9. Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions' feasibility under various aspects, such as facilities, servers, desktops, networks, and user operations.
  10. Ensure the incorporation of resilience, diversity, redundancy, and security measures during infrastructure planning and design.
  11. Coordinate the deployment or rollout and ensure proper service transition to vendors, internal IT, and outsourcing teams for ongoing support.
  12. Prepare planning and design documentation.

Requirements

  1. Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  2. 6 years' in-depth experience in desktop/server implementation and support.
  3. Solid experience in managing and integrating infrastructure.
  4. Solid experience in desktop/server products and system management in sizeable organizations.
  5. Preferred certification holder in MCSE/MCITP, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or other cybersecurity certificates.
  6. Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux OS and their respective management tools.
  7. Good technical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as vendor management exposure.
  8. Excellent communication skills, leadership, and a good command of spoken and written English.
