**Requirements:**
- Education and Qualifications: Degree holder with professional insurance qualifications such as FLMI, ACS, ALU or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years solid underwriting experience in life insurance, with at least 4 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and the ability to analyze data to construct a case with reasonable recommendations and decisions.
**Estimated Salary:** HKD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
