Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Assist in preparing management reports, analyzing budget performance, and monitoring variances.
  • Treasury Functionality: Monitor daily cash positions, execute and reconcile cash transactions, and prepare accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support effective cash management decisions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards related to treasury operations.
  • Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain proper filing and documentation of bank-related documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles under SAP ERP operative environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, with written Chinese as a must.
