Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Treasury product roadmap, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Analyze and evaluate potential payment providers to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among internal teams and key stakeholders to align with the product vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory shifts to inform product strategy and drive innovation.
  • Collect and synthesize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to drive product development.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop training resources for Sales teams and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging to drive product adoption.
  • Direct integration efforts with fiat banking partners and payment service providers to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to facilitate secure integrations and ensure product stability.
  • Partner with finance to deliver essential tools for financial reporting and drive business insights.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors for deployment and support to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote products and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on payments or fintech.
  • Proven success in launching banking integrations or payment products and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including investment banking and digital wallets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure product stability.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills to drive product development and success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Microsoft ADO, GitHub, and Trello to drive product development and delivery.
  • Experience in a distributed work environment to drive business growth and innovation.
