Deutsche Bank's IPB business is a leading wealth manager with a global presence, offering bespoke solutions for high net worth individuals and families.
About the RoleThe Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing holistic client experiences, and growing existing business relationships. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a solid network of high net worth clients in the target regional market.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Deutsche Bank's International Private Bank team in Hong Kong, working closely with Investment Managers to deliver DB's value proposition and leverage other DB divisions where possible.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $200,000 per annum (based on experience), plus flexible benefits, coaching and support from experts in your team, and a culture of continuous learning are all part of this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain overall relationship with clients, providing holistic client experiences.
- Be the first point of contact and overall responsible person for dealing with client complaints.
- Develop new business with new and existing clients, spending a significant proportion of time focused on bringing in new clients and new assets.
- Work as a team with Investment Managers to build deeper client relationships and involve in origination.
- Keep day-to-day responsibility for advising clients within the required regulatory framework and keeping abreast of all client-impacting initiatives from the respective market.
- Solid network of high net worth clients in the target regional market.
- Detail orientation on both strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Superior investment acumen.
- Good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant.
- Professional integrity.
- Self-starter.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant wealth management experience for Vice President and at least 8 years of wealth management experience for Director and above.
