About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional to take on responsibility for maintaining the building fabric, structure, and plumbing & draining system. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises, including site work progress monitoring, attending emergency call-outs, and conducting fault investigations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in executing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance work of the building fabric/structure and plumbing & draining system.
- Handle minor fit-out works and repairing works; monitor site work progress.
- Attend emergency call-out service if required; conduct fault investigations.
- Facilitate the tendering process; conduct feasibility studies & prepare specifications & reports.
- Formulate maintenance plans; liaise with end users to ensure their needs are met.
- Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors.
- Supervise in-house technicians.
- Holding a Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 3 years' practical experience in repairs and maintenance in facilities management or property management.
- Able to manage day-to-day operations & maintenance independently, including Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme/Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme (MBIS/MWIS) works.
- Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer services oriented.
- Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing.
We offer a competitive salary range between HKD 55,000 to HKD 85,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
