Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, Agency Promotion at Sun Life, you will play a key role in driving the success of our agency promotion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate agency management meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Manage digital tools, such as Agency Google Workspace, e-business cards, and various communication platforms.
  • Initiate and execute paperless projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate industry awards competitions and events to promote our brand and products.
  • Support all agency events, recognitions, and marketing material preparation.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and events.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in agency distribution, marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese.
  • Presentation, agility, and event management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
