Administration and Human Resources Professional

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR & Administration support, ensuring seamless operations within our organization. This role involves handling various tasks, from recruitment and employee relations to financial management and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to address administrative needs, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
- Conduct thorough background checks, reference verifications, and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and maintain accurate records to inform business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legislative requirements to remain compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
