As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the overall management of our cloud infrastructure. This includes setting up and configuring virtual machines, storage, and networking resources required to support cloud-based applications. You will also monitor performance to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime. Your expertise in Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, and Azure CLI will enable you to manage Azure resources effectively. Additionally, you will assist in system infrastructure design and work closely with the development team to build and maintain a high-performance infrastructure environment.

You must have excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication and presentation skills. A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential. Your experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Microsoft Exchange, M365, WSUS/SCCM, Hyperconverged Infrastructure, and VM virtualization products is vital. Familiarity with server hardening, process automation, and RPA practices is recommended. If you have experience in IT security-related areas, that would be an added advantage. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, independent yet collaborative, organized, able to work under pressure, responsible, and attentive to details.
